Global Project Manager

About the role

The Global Project Manager will lead product development and product care initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and lead project structures, including scoping, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans, conduct critical path analysis, and manage milestone and capacity reviews.
• Establish, measure, and report KPIs, OKRs or OBPs to drive project efficiency.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation solutions, and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Coach teams in Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Minimum 5 years of cross‑functional global project management experience in a regulated environment (e.g., Diagnostic, MedTech, pharmaceutical, food).
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Waterfall, Agile, SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
• Project management tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Trello and Lucidboard.
