Global Quality Manager

About the role

Flexsis, part of the Interiman Group, is seeking a Global Quality Manager for its Roche client in Basel. You will act as the delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person and ensure regulatory compliance across the Roche IMP Distribution Network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the appointed delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person, making final quality decisions.
• Maintain global QA oversight for the entire Roche IMP Distribution Network and its business counterpart PTDS‑L.
• Lead deviation management, performing product quality impact assessments and reviewing third‑party evaluations.
• Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of quality documentation and change records, including creation, review, and approval of internal and external documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or a related scientific/technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on compliance.
• Deep knowledge of regulated GxP environments (GMP/GDP).
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Experience with health‑authority inspections and supplier/depot management is advantageous.
