About the role

Join Julius Baer as a GPS Associate Investment Advisor, an entry‑level opportunity to start a long‑term career in private banking within the Global Products and Solutions division. You will rotate across key teams, gain hands‑on investment experience and build relationships over an 18‑24 month program.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client investment proposals and tailor portfolio recommendations.
• Support client and prospect pitches with presentations, market insights and investment ideas.
• Develop and assess investment concepts aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with specialists across asset classes and product areas.
• Assist senior investment advisors with trade entry, account balance monitoring and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience (including internships) in banking or asset management.
• Passion for economics and investment with solid theoretical understanding of asset classes.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Native‑level French and fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
