About the role
Join UBS’s 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Human Resources, rotating through various HR functions and gaining exposure to projects across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through generalist and specialist areas such as recruitment, reward, talent development, employee relations, employee advisory and management support.
- Participate in cross‑business projects, building a global network of contacts.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (within the last 24 months) with a completed degree and no more than two years of full‑time work experience.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading scale and values aligned with hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills, motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
- Can demonstrate responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Curious about the financial industry and eager to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
