About the role

Join UBS Group Internal Audit to gain a comprehensive view of the bank’s operations. As part of the 2027 Graduate Talent Program you will investigate complex challenges, uncover emerging risks and contribute to audits across Group Treasury’s liquidity, funding, capital and interest‑rate risk areas.

Key responsibilities

Conduct reviews and audits of Treasury processes, assessing the effectiveness of key controls.
Develop forward‑looking insights on Treasury’s risk profile and monitor resolution of audit issues.
Experiment responsibly with AI tools, contributing to AI adoption within Internal Audit.
Translate analysis into clear recommendations and communicate findings to senior management.

Required profile

Recent graduate (within 24 months) with a minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss system) and no more than two years of full‑time work experience.
Strong analytical, fact‑finding and conceptual skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes.
Excellent English communication; German is a plus, and values of hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
