Graphic Designer & Communication for Investment Banking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & Communication specialist to support investment marketing activities for a leading financial institution in Geneva. The position offers high visibility and regular interaction with senior stakeholders in a demanding banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality investment and marketing documents based on existing content.
• Rework and visually enhance complex financial materials while maintaining strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Prepare documents for professional printing and digital distribution, adhering to strict brand, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Investment and Communication functions.
• Manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation setting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private banking, asset management, investment banking or family office.
• Solid understanding of banking operations and comfort working in a regulated environment.
• Strong background in graphic/communication/marketing design.
• Fluent in French (C1) and English (C1); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of visual structure.
• Experience producing documents for high‑end professional printing.
