Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist (60-80%)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist to turn complex topics into clear, engaging visual communication. Working under the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with an international team to bring campaigns, events and the Global Cyber Conference to life across both digital and physical channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, carousels, banners, infographics and visual campaigns.
• Produce short videos, animations and motion graphics for digital marketing.
• Design brochures, one‑pagers, presentations, event materials and other marketing assets.
• Develop visual content for newsletters, landing pages, websites and digital advertising.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Swiss Cyber Institute and the Global Cyber Conference.
• Adapt content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email campaigns and websites.
• Support lead generation, training purchases, event registrations and brand awareness through visual concepts.
• Organise design assets, templates and brand materials while ensuring high visual standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, digital media or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing‑related design work.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude – you move projects forward without waiting for instructions.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Organised and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
