Group Consolidation Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing Swiss group with an international footprint, is looking for a Group Consolidation Manager to lead the consolidation and reporting function across its multi‑entity structure. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will ensure accurate, compliant financial statements and support the integration of new acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Run monthly, multi‑entity and segment consolidation for the group.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under Swiss GAAP.
• Define and maintain the reporting package, ensuring data consistency across subsidiaries.
• Maintain and enhance the consolidation tool, group accounting policies, and ERP processes.
• Coordinate audit of consolidated accounts and oversee the internal control system.
• Lead and develop a small consolidation team.
• Manage purchase‑price allocation (PPA) and goodwill calculations for acquisitions.
• Integrate newly acquired companies into the consolidation scope.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects with Controlling and act as ERP migration expert.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting accounting and consolidation.

Required profile

• Experience in group consolidation and reporting within an international, multi‑entity environment.
• Prior audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and consolidated financial statements.
• Experience with accounting integration of acquisitions.
• Team‑management experience (at least one direct report).
• University degree in finance or accounting; Swiss CPA qualification is a strong asset.
• Fluent in French and English.
