Group HR Administration Manager

About the role

PIPECARE Group is seeking a Group HR Administration Manager to lead HR administration across its international Oil & Gas inspection business. Based in Zug, Switzerland, the role ensures consistent application of group HR policies, compliance with regional regulations, and efficient delivery of HR services to multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and maintain Group HR policies and standards across multiple regions.
• Monitor compliance with regional HR policies and employment legislation.
• Lead a small team of Regional HR Business Leads.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment for senior leadership and C‑level positions.
• Manage the Group HR ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Coordinate group‑wide training administration and compliance learning.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management metrics.
• Support HR audits and ensure legal compliance.
• Provide HR counsel to senior team members and handle employee relations.
• Approve vacation leave, air ticket, and cash reimbursement requests for the assigned territory.
• Maintain secure, confidential HR filing systems in line with corporate standards.

Required profile

• Based in Switzerland.
• Proven experience leading HR administration functions across multiple regions.
• Experience managing recruitment for senior and executive positions.
• Strong knowledge of regional labour legislation and HR compliance.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team of HR business leads.
