Group Procurement Data and Analytics Senior Manager

About the role

Richemont is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the data and analytics function within its Group Responsible and Strategic Procurement department. Reporting to the Procurement Excellence Director, you will shape the data strategy, governance and advanced analytics to support procurement, sustainability and business decision‑making across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive data and analytics vision aligned with procurement, sustainability regulations and digital transformation goals.
• Establish data governance policies, ensure data quality, privacy (GDPR) and oversee data platform architecture, warehouses and master data management.
• Lead the design and deployment of predictive models, machine learning solutions and dashboards that deliver cost‑savings, risk mitigation and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Responsible Sourcing leads, Maisons and Regions to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing team of data professionals, fostering a data‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data science, including managerial responsibility.
• Proven track record of building and executing data strategies that generate measurable business value.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and ability to align data initiatives with business objectives.

Required skills

• SQL, Python, R programming.
• Data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI and Tableau.
• Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (including GCP data services).
• Experience with SAP Ariba and other digital procurement ecosystems.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling).
• Data governance, master data management, ETL processes.
• Machine‑learning frameworks, generative AI and agentic AI concepts.
