Group Talent Communities Management Director

About the role

The Group Talent Communities Management Director will shape Richemont’s talent landscape across all Maisons, Regions and Functions. Reporting to the Group Talent Director, you will define, develop and animate internal talent communities to support commercial ambitions, especially in retail worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the long‑term vision for Talent Communities, including strategies for creative, marketing/merchandising and retail talent.
• Ensure a global 360‑degree view of talent management, collaborating with HR Directors and Talent Acquisition to secure optimal talent pools and consistent career paths.
• Lead talent assessment, succession planning and internal mobility initiatives, working closely with Learning & Development and Group Rewards.
• Animate the HR Talent Management community across Maisons and Divisions, coordinating regular meetings and aligning with Maison HRDs, regional teams and commercial leaders.
• Drive strategic talent projects, set KPIs, manage annual assessments for retail boutique managers and communicate talent initiatives across the Group.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of international HR or people‑management experience, preferably in a large luxury fashion and accessories group.
• Proven expertise in talent management, assessment, development and HR business partnering, with experience in talent community management.
• Strong project‑management track record in retail, marketing or merchandising environments.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and stakeholder‑management skills, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Italian, Chinese or Japanese are a plus.
