Group Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Group Tax Manager to ensure global tax compliance and to develop forward‑looking tax strategies across our worldwide operations. The role works closely with the CFO and combines tax expertise with treasury responsibilities in a dynamic, agile finance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure global tax compliance and drive forward‑looking tax strategies.
• Manage liquidity, foreign‑exchange risk, credit facilities and relationships with global banking partners.
• Lead transfer‑pricing governance and key tax reporting processes.
• Act as the main interface to international stakeholders, auditors and tax authorities.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO on tax and treasury matters and shape finance processes.
• Work with international teams, external auditors and authorities on M&A, strategic projects, tax audits and treasury transactions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Law or Economics; tax‑related postgraduate education is a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international corporate environment or consulting.
• Excellent command of German and English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax law.
• Understanding of treasury concepts is a plus.
