Growth & GTM Marketer

About the role

Rivero is seeking a hands‑on Growth & GTM Marketer to build a repeatable pipeline‑generation engine for its two fintech products, Kajo and Amiko. The role sits between Product and Sales, owning demand‑generation campaigns, content‑led lead generation, conversion optimisation and lead nurture.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end demand‑generation strategy and execution for Kajo and Amiko.
• Create and distribute content designed to generate qualified interest and a sales pipeline.
• Optimise website and landing pages for SEO/GEO and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the SDR team on product messaging, positioning and coordinated campaigns.
• Produce LLM‑optimised articles and assets for Rivero’s website and LinkedIn page.
• Run lead‑nurture initiatives to develop relevant accounts for Sales.
• Analyse lead quality, objections and conversion patterns with Sales to continuously improve campaigns.
• Report on commercial outcomes on a monthly/quarterly basis and make prioritisation decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing or revenue marketing.
• Experience positioning complex products to enterprise buyers, preferably in fintech, payments or other regulated financial services.
• Self‑directed individual contributor comfortable working independently.
• Strong writing and content judgment to generate demand.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to leverage AI tools for optimisation.
