Growth Lead

About the role

Omnilex is looking for a data‑driven Growth Lead to own and optimise its product‑led growth engine across Europe. You will design, execute and refine multi‑channel experiments that bring our AI‑powered legal workspace to lawyers and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full PLG acquisition funnel from traffic generation to sign‑up and activation.
• Design and run growth experiments across SEO, paid advertising, organic outreach and content distribution.
• Develop, test and optimise landing pages, signup flows and website messaging to maximise conversion rates.
• Analyse user behaviour and funnel metrics to identify friction points and propose data‑backed solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to align PLG initiatives with SLG and broader go‑to‑market strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with growth trends in legal tech, AI and B2B SaaS, bringing new ideas to the team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on metrics.
• Understanding of user behaviour, motivation and decision psychology.
• Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
