Growth Marketing Consultant/Manager (German required)

About the role

You will diagnose growth bottlenecks for our clients using data and AI, turn insights into actionable plans and own the delivery of multi‑channel growth programmes. The position is long‑term, offers autonomy and a clear path for advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, building long‑term relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Design and execute growth strategies across SEO, GEO, paid advertising, email, social and other channels, leveraging AI tools.
• Lead and coordinate specialist teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and to high quality standards.
• Conduct data‑driven and AI‑assisted analyses to uncover opportunities, build business cases and launch new initiatives.
• Monitor budgets and billing, collaborating with the finance team.
• Optional: Manage the specialist team, fostering team happiness and participating in recruitment.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years in a performance‑driven agency, with at least 3 years leading a team of three or more.
• Proven track record managing a total media budget of CHF 1 million+ across at least three channels.
• Strong client‑strategy and sales experience, able to create data‑based business cases that win investment.
• Native‑level German (including Swiss German) and fluent English.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising and other performance channels.
• Proficiency with AI tools for analysis, reporting and consulting.
• Ability to manage budgets and billing processes.
