Growth Marketing Specialist (Temporary, 60%)

About the role

The Digital Growth & Intelligence team at UBS Switzerland seeks a Growth Marketing Specialist to support sustainable growth initiatives across client segments, products and channels. This fixed‑term position runs until 30 April 2027 and is based in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

• Assess growth opportunities, structure business requirements and translate data into actionable concepts.
• Analyze and optimise end‑to‑end client journeys, communication touchpoints and digital conversion paths.
• Develop data‑driven measures for client acquisition, activation, engagement and retention, including lead generation and cross‑selling.
• Design and optimise digital and CRM communications such as automated journeys, landing pages, forms and email.
• Own selected growth initiatives from assessment through delivery, coordinating across business, product, sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, consolidate insights and communicate recommendations to improve client experience and sales impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or e‑commerce.
• Strong experience in client‑journey and conversion optimisation, data analytics and lead generation.
• Good understanding of behavioural economics and its impact on client behaviour.
• Excellent stakeholder and project‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary, cross‑functional and agile environments.
• Native German speaker, comfortable in an international setting; additional languages a plus.
