About the role

HARTING is a leading international supplier of industrial connectivity, connecting customers to their digital future. As Head of Global SCM Demand & Capacity Management you will lead a worldwide team and shape the Sales & Operations Planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global Demand & Capacity Management organization.
• Drive the global Sales & Operations Planning process and ensure its continuous development and harmonization.
• Align demand, capacity and business requirements to enable effective planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Finance.
• Enhance planning performance through data‑driven decision‑making and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning or Operations.
• Proven experience in Sales & Operations, Integrated Business Planning, and Demand & Capacity planning.
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
