Head of Advisory & Structuring – Entrepreneurs & Families

About the role

CSF Management, an independent advisory firm serving entrepreneurial families and family-owned businesses, is looking for a Head of Advisory & Structuring to lead its practice in Baar/Zug. The role offers significant autonomy, direct client impact and the chance to shape the future of an independent advisory firm. The incumbent takes overall responsibility for the practice, advises selected entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families personally, and leads the fiduciary team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fiduciary team
• Oversee and expand client mandates for entrepreneurs and families
• Identify and develop opportunities within existing relationships
• Build and maintain networks with banks, law firms and intermediaries
• Advise on structuring, governance, tax and controlling matters
• Collaborate across disciplines with Finance, Tax, Governance, HR and Transactions
• Ensure quality, continuity and advancement of internal standards and processes

Required profile

• Leadership experience in a demanding fiduciary or advisory environment, with an interest in development and structure
• Professional depth and the ability to manage complex topics with precision and foresight
• Entrepreneurial mindset and an eye for identifying and realising client potential
• Experience building and developing teams, structures and interdisciplinary processes
• Integrity, discretion and reliability
• Completed higher professional qualification, such as certified fiduciary expert, tax expert, auditor or accounting specialist
• Fluent German and English; other languages an advantage
