Head of Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead the commercial function of Satoshi Connect, a Swiss‑regulated broker that bridges digital‑asset activity with fiat financial systems. Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside the CTO and Head of Compliance, you will own the strategy and execution of B2B partnerships and direct client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define, refine and own the commercial strategy and go‑to‑market plan for target segments.
• Build and manage relationships with financial institutions and digital‑asset businesses to deliver complex crypto flow solutions.
• Drive user acquisition and expand the client base through both partnership channels and selective individual client outreach.
• Develop a commercial execution roadmap that bridges current capabilities with future growth objectives.
• Lead the commercial team as the first dedicated resource, collaborating with senior leadership on product, compliance and technology.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development or commercial leadership, preferably within fintech, crypto or financial services.
• Strong track record of creating and scaling B2B partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to challenge existing strategies, shape new approaches and deliver results autonomously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow into broader executive leadership.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and digital‑asset ecosystems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for crypto‑fiat operations.
