Head of Finance (a)

About the role

You will act as the deputy to the CFO and partner with the Executive and Finance teams to drive sound financial management and sustainable growth. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, giving you direct influence over the company’s financial performance and future development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CFO as a strategic partner and help shape a multi‑year strategic plan.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across Swiss entities and international subsidiaries.
• Oversee group consolidation, audit coordination, and tax compliance.
• Develop and continuously improve finance systems, tools, and analytics to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Supervise the accounting function and mentor finance teams across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or head‑of‑finance role.
• Experience in datacenter or real‑estate environments and familiarity with international group structures is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
