Head of Finance

About the role

ENIXEN is looking for a Head of Finance to own the company’s financial performance, drive financial discipline and build a scalable finance function as the business enters its next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial performance: manage annual budget, rolling forecasts, financial planning and reporting across entities, regions and business lines.
• Drive financial discipline: challenge costs, budgets and spending decisions, ensure spending has clear ROI and optimize allocations.
• Own accounting & financial control: ensure accurate, timely and compliant accounting, strong financial controls and month‑end close processes.
• Partner with revenue and commercial teams: build reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts, analyse margins and provide financial input on pricing and investments.
• Drive ROI & resource efficiency: evaluate ROI of major investments, projects and strategic initiatives through rigorous analysis.
• Support the Board & leadership team: provide decision‑ready financial analysis, risks, scenarios and recommendations for C‑level discussions.
• Build finance for scale: establish processes, systems, KPIs and reporting needed for ENIXEN’s growth, acquisitions and international expansion.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A or management control with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience overseeing accounting, financial reporting and month‑end close.
• Proven ability in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Experience working closely with C‑level executives and Board stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French, with a commercial mindset and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
