Head of Growth Marketing

About the role

Properstar is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own both paid and organic acquisition across multiple markets and languages. You will shape strategy, allocate budgets, guide creative direction, and ensure the growth engine runs efficiently while leveraging AI as a core tool.

Key responsibilities

• Scale SEO across many countries and languages, ensuring high‑impact rankings.
• Develop and ship templated pSEO pages, structured‑data implementations, and content programs that boost Google visibility.
• Design a diversified acquisition mix beyond Google, including a robust Meta advertising strategy.
• Create and encode playbooks as Claude AI skills for internal teams and agents.
• Select high‑value channels, discontinue low‑performing ones, and continuously iterate with agents.
• Own the full funnel from impression to paid agent, collaborating with product managers on conversion and lifecycle.
• Engage directly with customers, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable growth tactics.

Required profile

• Proven track record growing organic and paid channels in a multi‑country, multi‑language environment with measurable results.
• Deep fluency with Claude AI, having built and orchestrated AI‑driven workflows.
• Data‑driven mindset: obsessive about optimization, measurement, and ignoring irrelevant metrics.
• Hands‑on execution: writes briefs, monitors dashboards, works directly with agencies, and ships campaigns without layers.
• Strong judgment and craft: can decide with incomplete information and distinguish high‑impact campaigns.
• Ownership mentality: takes problems from brief to result in a small, full‑stack team.
• Clear communication: explains ideas simply and respects others' time.
