Head of People Analytics

About the role

The Head of People Analytics will support HR and business ambition through advanced analytics and AI, turning complex people data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a vision for a data‑driven HR culture and shape future analytics capabilities.
• Lead a small team, prioritise requests, coach members and ensure delivery of high‑impact insights.
• Assess and modernise the HR analytics technology landscape, including AI‑powered tools.
• Own HR metrics, enhance their relevance and establish robust data governance.
• Introduce and champion platforms that accelerate insight generation and expand descriptive analytics on turnover, DEI, talent and other key metrics.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience, preferably in leading people‑analytics initiatives in complex organisations.
• University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.
• Experience with modern machine‑learning frameworks and cloud‑based analytics environments.
• Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors (advantageous).
• Expertise in data governance, AI and supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms applied to HR challenges.
