Head of Procurement Ingredients

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a strategic leader to head the Procurement Ingredients function. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Procurement F&B, you will shape the segment vision, drive value creation, and ensure a resilient, sustainable supply chain for our food, fragrance and beauty businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute category strategies that deliver cost savings and align with division goals.
• Develop the annual procurement plan, budget, and sourcing timelines in partnership with operations, supply chain, commercial, and GBS teams.
• Represent the segment in business reviews, global S&OP meetings, and cross‑functional forums.
• Lead and mentor Category Management teams, fostering strong supplier relationships and market intelligence.
• Support responsible sourcing initiatives, sourcing‑for‑good projects, and Scope 3 emissions reduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior procurement or category management within ingredients, food, fragrance or related industries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Track record of delivering sustainable cost reductions and supply‑chain resilience.
