Head of SEO / GEO

About the role

SaveSpace is looking for a strategic leader to own and scale its organic growth engine across Europe. As Head of SEO / GEO you will drive technical, on‑page and international SEO while shaping the company’s presence in AI‑driven search ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full organic growth stack: technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content, internal linking, site architecture, Core Web Vitals and multi‑market SEO.
• Define and execute GEO strategy to make SaveSpace the primary source cited by AI engines through structured data, entity building and authoritative content.
• Build a programmatic, AI‑powered content system that captures demand for storage intent, locations and use cases.
• Develop and implement keyword and topic strategies for the DACH region and the broader European market.
• Establish measurement frameworks for rankings, organic pipeline, AI‑engine share of voice and revenue.
• Deploy AI agents and automation for research, content pipelines and technical auditing.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
• Proven track record of scaling SEO at a high‑growth consumer, marketplace or D2C company with measurable results.
• Deep fluency in GEO and AI search, understanding how LLM‑based engines surface and cite sources.
• Experience shipping agentic AI workflows in production (e.g., programmatic content systems, enrichment pipelines, custom AI projects).
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, zero‑to‑one environment with high ownership and a bias for action.
