About the role

OK Job AG, the temporary employment agency of OK JOB SA, is recruiting a Fachperson Gesundheit (health care assistant) for a position in Basel. The role covers care and support for guests, nursing documentation and the day-to-day running of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide care and support for guests in various situations
• Document electronically using "Care-Coach" in the nursing area
• Carry out treatment nursing and medical-technical tasks
• Collaborate in implementing the care process and key nursing
• Take responsibility for the daily operations of the facility

Required profile

• Completed training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Confident oral and written German
• A warm and humorous approach to work

Required skills

• Familiarity with electronic nursing documentation
• Knowledge of RAI NH or BESA
