High Watchmaking Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated High Watchmaking Operations Specialist to join our International Supply Chain team in Meyrin. You will ensure the smooth distribution of high‑end watch pieces across platforms, markets, and networks while supporting strategic decision‑making with performance and forecast analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of distribution flows for high‑end watch pieces and prototypes.
• Plan, coordinate, and allocate deliveries to boutiques and markets.
• Manage physical flows with group support functions and oversee inter‑market stock transfers.
• Conduct statistical analysis of market sales to inform supply decisions.
• Execute SAP orders and maintain accurate stock balances.
• Develop deep product knowledge to support market teams.
• Assist in organizing strategic brand events, ensuring product supply aligns with event schedules.
• Provide markets with KPIs, availability visibility, and allocation insights.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses and contribute to transversal projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supply chain or operations role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• SAP (order execution and stock management).
