HR Business Partner – Operations (Manufacturing & Supply Chain)

About the role

As an HR Business Partner Operations at Nestlé Waters, you will co‑pilot the people agenda for operations, manufacturing and supply chain while shaping a strong apprenticeship experience. You will work closely with people managers, employee representatives, trainers and cross‑functional teams to drive performance and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive people strategies and workforce planning that enable strong operational performance across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Shape effective organization design and support smooth transitions that help teams adapt, grow and deliver.
• Build inclusive talent and performance practices that strengthen engagement, development and team effectiveness.
• Partner with employee representatives to foster constructive relationships, trust and a fair working environment.
• Develop apprenticeship and trainee pathways that prepare future talent and support high‑quality learning experiences.
• Lead people projects and compliance activities that support safe, efficient and sustainable operations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of people processes, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, organization design and compensation.
• Sound understanding of Swiss labour law and employment practices to guide confident, compliant decisions.
• Ability to collaborate, learn quickly, show courage and act with speed to coach managers through change.
• Empathy, resilience and adaptability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder styles.
• Fluency in French, German and English.
