HR Business Partner – Technology, Operations & Central Functions

About the role

Lombard Odier is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its Technology, Operations and Central Functions teams in Switzerland. The role combines strategic HR advisory with hands‑on execution, helping the business align its people strategy with overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior managers to shape talent strategy, advise on organizational decisions and contribute to leadership committees.
• Handle sensitive employee relations cases, including harassment, misconduct, grievances and dismissals.
• Identify the human impact of transformations such as restructuring, cultural shifts and digitalisation, and design change‑management plans.
• Lead talent reviews, coach managers, and work with Learning & Development to close capability gaps.
• Ensure consistency and quality of HR processes (performance, compensation, objective setting) and maintain social compliance.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights for the business unit.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Strong understanding of Swiss labour law and social compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage confidential matters.
• Demonstrated capability to drive change initiatives and support leadership development.
