HR Payroll & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Holy Fashion Group is looking for an HR Payroll & Reporting specialist for its headquarters in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. The role combines operational HR responsibilities with analytical tasks in Payroll, HR Administration, Reporting and HR Controlling, both nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and support the monthly payroll process for employees across several countries
• Maintain employee master data, time management and payroll data with a high level of accuracy
• Act as a point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners and external partners on payroll and HR matters
• Support HR Controlling in day-to-day operations and recurring and ad hoc topics
• Prepare, analyse and develop HR evaluations, statistics, KPIs and reports
• Analyse HR data for operational and strategic decisions
• Support month-end and year-end closing and internal and external audits
• Contribute to improving payroll, reporting and HR processes

Required profile

• Commercial or business-related vocational training, a university degree or comparable qualification
• Experience in HR Administration, Payroll, HR Controlling or a similar HR environment
• Knowledge of payroll, wage tax and social security legislation in a European context is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German
• Structured, accurate and independent way of working, with strong analytical skills and an interest in HR Controlling and KPIs

Required skills

• Confident use of a common HR or payroll system, ideally SAP HR
• Very good MS Excel skills
