H&S Compliance and ESG Junior Associate

About the role

Join Globus Travel Services in Lugano as a Health & Safety Compliance and ESG Junior Associate. You will support the Globus family of brands by ensuring safe travel experiences and delivering high‑quality ESG data for sustainable decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Health & Safety audits, incident follow‑up, staff training and emergency procedures.
• Manage compliance documentation, records and communications.
• Collect, validate and maintain ESG and sustainability data from offices and suppliers.
• Support ESG reporting, KPI dashboards, audits and data validation processes.
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities in ESG performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely data submission.
• Act as a reference point for Health & Safety and ESG data queries.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages (IT, FR, DE, ES) are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality.
• Proactive, accountable and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas).
• Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with structured data and digital platforms.
• Willingness to learn AuditKind and GFOB ESG software platforms.
