Human Resources Manager – Swiss Entities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our Swiss entities, Nidecker SA and Equip Sport SA. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the trusted partner for managers and employees, balancing business objectives with an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and managing one direct report.
• Provide HR business partnering across the Swiss entities, advising on employee relations, performance management, organisational design and Swiss employment law.
• Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, benefits, social insurance and documentation.
• Drive talent acquisition, coordinate interview processes, and enhance employer branding.
• Manage annual performance, salary and bonus reviews and support learning and development initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational change and strategic people projects.
• Support Group‑wide HR initiatives, including HRIS alignment, policy development and implementation of shared practices.

Required profile

• Several years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner while delivering operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a collaborative mindset.
