IB Teacher – International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme

About the role

Collège Champittet, a historic school in the Lake Geneva region, is part of the Nord Anglia Education family. We are looking for experienced IB teachers to join our dynamic, international community.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Math, Physics, Sciences, Human Sciences or Arts within the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
• Leverage a variety of teaching approaches, including ICT integration, to deliver the curriculum.
• Act as a learning coach by setting objectives that motivate and challenge students.
• Adapt teaching to the strengths and needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents about their children’s achievements and learning.
• Provide students with regular, constructive feedback both orally and through accurate grading.

Required profile

• University degree in the relevant field of expertise.
• Teaching qualification at graduate level or above.
• Qualified IB teacher.
• At least seven years of proven teaching excellence, preferably in an international school environment.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and team spirit.
• English mother tongue with working knowledge of French.
• Clean criminal record.
• Swiss/EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.
