IFS Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules. Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, focusing on Supply Chain modules.
• Gather business requirements, map processes, and design ERP solutions.
• Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications.
• Support clients through all phases of implementation: discovery, design, testing, training, and go‑live.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to ensure seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices.
• Support post‑implementation reviews and provide ongoing client support where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems in a consultancy capacity.
• Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience in Supply Chain module areas.
• Strong business process understanding and ability to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required by project demands.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
