In-House Executive Recruiter

About the role

Everon, a FINMA‑regulated Swiss asset manager, is looking for an experienced In‑House Executive Recruiter to expand its advisor team. The role is fully internal executive search, focused on identifying and attracting senior private bankers and relationship managers to join Everon’s growing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end search cycle for senior private banking talent, from market mapping and discreet outreach to assessment and closing.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks and direct approaches.
• Navigate complex negotiations, including counter‑offers, garden‑leave, book portability and family considerations.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline through CRM tools and metrics‑driven reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategy with Everon’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of executive search, headhunting or senior‑level talent acquisition experience, preferably within front‑office banking, private banking or wealth management.
• Proven ability to source and place senior bankers, understanding the multiple stakeholders involved in such moves.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss private banking and wealth‑management practices.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.
