Industry Manager Water & Wastewater (m/f/d)

About the role

Endress+Hauser, a global leader in measurement instrumentation and process automation, is looking for an Industry Manager Water & Wastewater to join its Product Center Flow team in Reinach, Switzerland. The role connects market needs, customer challenges and innovation initiatives to help shape sustainable water and wastewater solutions worldwide, working closely with global Industry Networks and the Strategic Industry Group Water & Wastewater.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global Water & Wastewater industry strategy for the Product Center organization.
• Shape and strengthen the portfolio and value proposition for the Water & Wastewater market.
• Act as the key interface between market requirements and innovation activities.
• Represent the Flow Product Center within the Strategic Industry Group and regional Industry Networks.
• Enable and develop the global sales and representative network by strengthening industry, application and technology expertise close to the customer.
• Represent Endress+Hauser at international conferences, exhibitions, industry committees, strategic customer accounts and partner organizations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage.
• Several years of international experience in process instrumentation, ideally in Water & Wastewater or Utilities.
• Proven success in developing and executing sales or market strategies, combining strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset.
• Solid understanding of flow measurement technologies and their industrial applications.
• Effective communication in international and cross-functional settings, fluent business English, ideally with German, and willingness to travel up to 30%.
