Information Security Analyst – IT Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Security Specialist to lead the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within an international industrial environment. The role combines coordination of security, risk and compliance activities across IT and business functions, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously develop the ISMS, conducting risk analyses and security assessments.
• Support internal and external audits such as ISO 27001, TISAX and ISO 31000.
• Monitor, investigate and follow up on security incidents.
• Manage vulnerability and patch processes, and coordinate penetration testing.
• Maintain and improve security tools including SIEM, EDR and IDS/IPS.
• Plan and deliver security awareness and training activities.

Required profile

• Background in IT or cyber security with experience in ISMS, risk management or security governance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and network security concepts.
• Experience with SOC or incident handling processes is a plus.
• Structured, analytical working style and very good English; German is a plus.
