Information Technology Support Team Lead

About the role

The Information Technology Support Team Lead will oversee onsite IT support across multiple EMEA locations, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality user experience. This role drives standardisation, automation and process improvement for workplace technology operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onsite IT support across EMEA sites, maintaining service quality and user satisfaction.
• Own and standardise onboarding, off‑boarding, device provisioning and workplace IT processes.
• Act as escalation point for complex user issues, operational blockers and technology incidents.
• Drive process standardisation for support workflows, device lifecycle and office IT operations.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, scripting and self‑service solutions.
• Partner with Security and Identity teams to ensure compliant access and lifecycle management.
• Maintain visibility on support performance metrics such as tickets, SLA compliance and asset status.
• Support office expansions, relocations and rollout of new workplace technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in onsite IT support or workplace/end‑user technology environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating support teams across multiple locations.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of M365, Entra, Intune and endpoint management tools.
• Solid understanding of onboarding/off‑boarding, access management and IT support operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex end‑user issues in real operational environments.
• Experience driving process improvements, standardisation and documentation.
• Exposure to automation, scripting or workflow optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in dynamic environments.
