International Marketing Director - Luxury Watch Brand

About the role

We are seeking an International Marketing Director to lead product and business‑focused marketing for a renowned luxury watch brand. This executive position will shape global collection strategies, drive product launches, and work closely with international markets to boost commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and structure watch collections across men’s, women’s, and high‑watchmaking categories.
• Set pricing, positioning, and overall product strategy for the global portfolio.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries, sales teams, and regional partners through monthly interactions and travel.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including Digital Strategy, Communication, PR, and production sites, from conception to execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably at director or senior manager level.
• Proven experience managing teams of 7‑8 people or more.
• Strong innovation mindset and deep understanding of mechanical watchmaking craftsmanship.
• Ability to work closely with technical and production teams.
