International Sales Trainer – Luxury Watch Brand

About the role

The International Sales Trainer will design, develop and deliver training programs for OMEGA’s retail and wholesale sales teams worldwide. The role combines curriculum creation, hands‑on coaching and continuous improvement to boost boutique performance and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs for sales teams, using classroom instruction, workshops, on‑the‑job coaching and virtual presentations.
• Conduct training sessions internationally and at headquarters on OMEGA products, services and luxury selling techniques.
• Create and maintain engaging training materials, presentations and e‑learning content.
• Coordinate with local training teams, monitor their plans and support their execution.
• Coach local trainers and sales associates on clienteling, high‑end customer experience standards and boutique sales targets.
• Identify local training needs, gather feedback and recommend improvements.
• Assist in assessing boutique staff performance, delivering constructive feedback and developing tailored improvement plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to motivate staff at various seniority levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative, flexible approach to learning and development.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent in German and English; good knowledge of French is an asset.
