International Tax Manager

About the role

Frontiers is seeking an International Tax Manager to join its Finance Team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee tax compliance and reporting across the Group’s legal entities and contribute to the development of the company’s tax strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Swiss and international tax regulations, including withholding tax, VAT/sales tax, and corporate income tax.
• Monitor tax law changes in all relevant jurisdictions and assess their impact on the Group.
• Develop tax‑efficient strategies and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepare GAAP and non‑GAAP statutory tax provisions and related disclosures.
• Manage local and foreign tax audits and coordinate external advisers.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal and other teams on tax projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent tax qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years experience in a top‑tier public accounting firm or as an in‑house Tax Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of the Swiss tax system.
• Familiarity with tax regimes in the Group’s operating jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Swiss withholding tax, VAT/sales tax and corporate income tax expertise.
• Transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transaction monitoring.
• Understanding of BEPS and OECD developments.
• Preparation of GAAP and non‑GAAP tax provisions.
• Management of tax audits and external advisers.
