Internship in Premium Feedback Services – Legal Team

About the role

This 6-12 month internship supports the Premium Feedback Services team by handling legal and paralegal inquiries for Swiss. You will work closely with the Lead team and legal experts to ensure high-quality responses and smooth administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complaints and legal inquiries originating from Swiss customers.
• Handle mailbox operations, sort incoming letters and perform routine administrative tasks.
• Assist the Lead team and experts on short- and long-term assignments.
• Support legal departments with tasks such as processing payments and claim registration.
• Develop improvement ideas and contribute to projects.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful and positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Interest in customer service and aviation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or HF) in tourism or a related field.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken); French or Italian is a plus.
• Availability for a 70-100 % workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
