Investment & Portfolio Analyst

About the role

The Investment & Portfolio Analyst will join Perennium’s Geneva office, supporting both wealth‑management and financial‑advisor activities. Working on‑site, the analyst will assist in analysing financial data, researching investment vehicles across all asset classes, monitoring performance and risk, and preparing client reports and investment proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements, market data and investment performance.
• Research and evaluate investment opportunities across equities, fixed income, alternatives and other asset classes.
• Monitor portfolio risk metrics and performance against benchmarks.
• Prepare client reporting packages, investment proposals and presentation materials.
• Support senior portfolio managers in day‑to‑day portfolio administration.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in portfolio management; internships or similar experience are a plus.
• Motivated, analytical, meticulous and able to work autonomously.
• Fluent French and very good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg terminal (preferred).
• Good knowledge of financial markets, instruments and multiple asset classes.
