Investor Relations & Marketing Manager

About the role

Collateral Good Management AG is seeking a self‑directed Investor Relations & Marketing Manager to work closely with the Founding Partner. The role supports fundraising, LP communications, and external positioning across all of the firm’s strategies, requiring strong multitasking and polished output for an institutional audience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain fundraising materials such as LP pitch decks, fund overviews, executive summaries, track‑record addenda, VDR documentation, and fund models.
• Support end‑to‑end fundraising processes, from LP identification and outreach coordination to due‑diligence support, DDQ preparation, and closing documentation.
• Build and sustain a consistent investment narrative across all materials for institutional LP audiences.
• Manage LP data and CRM records, ensuring accurate contact information, interaction logs, and pipeline tracking.
• Identify and qualify prospective LPs across target geographies and investor types, assisting partners in outreach prioritisation.
• Coordinate LP meeting logistics, prepare quarterly updates, and handle follow‑up communications.
• Draft and refine LP‑facing communications, including quarterly letters, investor updates, and ad‑hoc correspondence.
• Gather and synthesise LP feedback to inform internal positioning and fundraising strategy.
• Conduct market research, peer analysis, and thematic work to support new fund strategy development.
• Own the firm’s quarterly newsletter, website updates, and PR communications from drafting to publication.
• Contribute creative ideas for brand building and audience engagement beyond standard fundraising channels.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for sophisticated institutional audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with a track record of producing high‑quality, consistent output.
• Comfortable working directly with senior partners and handling confidential information.
