职位概况
负责公司新业务“AI IR”项目的IR咨询，帮助上市公司将IR部门从单纯信息披露转型为驱动经营决策的战略功能。
主要职责
- 管理IR咨询项目的进度、风险及客户满意度。
- 对团队成员进行案例评审、反馈及技能提升。
- 设计服务菜单，构建下一代AI IR咨询解决方案。
- 挖掘现有客户的追加需求，标准化交付框架与质量标准。
- 与产品团队（PM、工程师）建立反馈闭环。
- 制定并执行Go‑To‑Market策略，推动团队建设与招聘。
任职要求
- 具备IR或投资者关系领域的深厚经验，能够理解投资者视角。
- 有AI或数据分析项目管理经验者优先。
- 能够在事业部长直线领导下，独立带领团队实现业务目标。
- 具备出色的沟通、协调与风险管理能力。
必备技能
- AI IR产品及数据分析概念的理解。
- 项目管理与质量控制方法。
- 投资者关系（IR）业务流程。
