IT Business Manager – Geneva

About the role

We are looking for an IT Business Manager to join a leading IT services and consulting firm in Geneva. The role combines business development with candidate sourcing and coordination, supporting both client acquisition and talent placement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new corporate clients, open doors and build long‑term relationships.
• Analyse client needs and translate them into concrete hiring or project requirements.
• Source, qualify and engage candidates or consultants, coordinate interviews and support the closing process.
• Ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience (more experience considered).
• Strong interest in B2B business development with a hunter mindset.
• Curiosity for IT and technology topics.
• Experience in IT services, consulting, recruitment or B2B sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
