IT Lead – Switzerland & Austria

About the role

The IT Lead will act as the trusted technology partner for business stakeholders across Switzerland and Austria, driving efficiency and innovation through modern digital solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and CRM enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and operational stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Serve as the primary interface between business teams and IT, communicating priorities, opportunities, and challenges.
• Conduct business analysis for emerging technology demand and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable opportunities.
• Identify and champion Generative AI and CRM use cases that improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with commercial, medical, and affiliate teams to recommend technology‑driven improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, manage expectations, and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with European peers to share best practices and scale solutions.
• Support demand intake, prioritisation, change‑management activities, and governance processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex, ambiguous situations.
• Strong understanding of commercial business processes and supporting technologies.
• Experience working across international and cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in and familiarity with Generative AI technologies.
