IT Operations & Technology Internship (Full-time)

About the role

This 6‑month, full‑time internship gives you hands‑on experience in both the RUN (operations) and BUILD (project) teams of a large international company. You will support daily IT operations, assist with technology deployments, and participate in testing and documentation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the RUN team with daily operational tasks, data management and reporting.
• Assist the BUILD team in preparing and coordinating technology deployments and maintaining the IT lab environment.
• Perform functional testing of new software releases, document results and track issues.
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge‑base articles and process guides.
• Provide administrative assistance to the IT Leadership Team and help organise meetings, workshops and events.

Required profile

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a diploma in Information Technology (BSc/MSc, CFC Informatique, Brevet Fédéral d’Informaticien or equivalent).
• Strong interest in technology and a proactive, learning‑oriented attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; fluent in French and/or English.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
