IT Recruitment Manager – Basel

About the role

Experis Basel is seeking a hands‑on, business‑driven manager to own a strong regional client base and elevate the team. You will lead a multicultural recruitment team, drive business development in the tech contracting market, and ensure operational excellence across hiring operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team (Spain, India, Ukraine), fostering performance, motivation and collaboration.
• Actively engage with existing clients, expand business opportunities and attend client meetings.
• Translate client needs into tailored tech‑recruitment solutions and maximize account value.
• Take full responsibility for the contracting portfolio in Basel and support the growth of permanent recruiting.
• Oversee recruitment operations, performance metrics and financial results while ensuring compliance with Swiss labour law.

Required profile

• Strong tech recruitment background, with contracting experience.
• Experience in the pharma/chemical market is a plus.
• Sales‑driven, farming‑oriented mindset; proactive market engagement.
• Proven leadership experience or participation in a leadership development program.
• Ability to lead diverse, international teams.
• Fluent English; German helpful but not essential.
