IT Support (6‑month contract, Basel)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our team in Basel on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of a permanent position. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, ensuring that hardware, software, and network services run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Support business applications, including ERP systems.
• Install, replace, and configure PCs; perform data migrations.
• Assist with large‑scale hardware rollout projects.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to maintain daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or End‑User Support.
• Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
